What is it?

The IBA is a structured nine-month program designed to speed up and de-risk the process of international expansion.

Using our Seven Step Framework for International Success, we help you address the key questions that you need to answer before expanding your business offshore.

Our experience has taught us that companies that can answer 'yes' to these questions have a much higher chance of going on to be internationally successful.

The IBA also lets you develop and test your strategies in a structured, risk-free setting, with peers who are going through the same process.

How does it work?

The IBA is a 40-week program covering nine modules. The program kicks off with a one-day workshop, followed by webinars and 1:1 coaching to troubleshoot issues and keep your international expansion strategy on track.

You’ll need about two hours a week to join the webinars, implement your action steps and check in with your coach.
