IS YOUR COMPANY READY
FOR INTERNATIONAL SUCCESS?
Are you part of a small or medium-sized business with international aspirations?
If you don’t have the time or resources to structure an in-depth market-entry plan (and you don’t), then you probably haven’t gotten very far with your plans for world domination.
Or perhaps you’ve already been down that road, gotten burned and decided that it was too hard.
Or maybe you really don’t know where to start ...
The International Business Accelerator (IBA) is for people like you - SME leaders who want a structured pathway into fast-growing international markets. We built the IBA to stop you wasting precious time, money and energy re-inventing the wheel, going off on tangents and down blind alleys.
Our mission is to keep you focussed on your goal of getting extraordinary products and services to the whole world.
The IBA is a structured nine-month program designed to speed up and de-risk the process of international expansion.
Using our Seven Step Framework for International Success, we help you address the key questions that you need to answer before expanding your business offshore.
Our experience has taught us that companies that can answer 'yes' to these questions have a much higher chance of going on to be internationally successful.
The IBA also lets you develop and test your strategies in a structured, risk-free setting, with peers who are going through the same process.
The program covers:
The IBA is a 40-week program covering nine modules. The program kicks off with a one-day workshop, followed by webinars and 1:1 coaching to troubleshoot issues and keep your international expansion strategy on track.
You’ll need about two hours a week to join the webinars, implement your action steps and check in with your coach.
