How does it work?

The IBA is a 40-week program covering nine modules. The program kicks off with a one-day workshop, followed by webinars and 1:1 coaching to troubleshoot issues and keep your international expansion strategy on track.

You’ll need about two hours a week to join the webinars, implement your action steps and check in with your coach.
