Jemima Snow is an international business and marketing consultant specialising in emerging markets, including the Middle East, China and Indonesia.

She has worked across a range of international consulting engagements, including food and beverage market access to Indonesia, investor relations and business development in China, and strategic business connections programs between Australia and the Gulf States.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, she works predominantly with technology and manufacturing companies to internationalise their products and services to new markets.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Politics from Macquarie University, and a Masters of Commerce, majoring in International Business from the Australian School of Business, University of New South Wales.

Levi Singson is a Digital Marketing Analyst at Dearin & Associates. His special area of interest is email marketing, updating digital platforms, social media management, and conducting market research. He was born and raised in the Philippines and speaks Filipino and English. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of San Carlos, Philippines. Previously he has worked as a Process Engineer for a company that repairs medical devices. His goal is to advance his skills in digital marketing to contribute to Dearin & Associates’ growth.

Ailen is a highly skilled Program Manager at Dearin & Associates, where she plays a pivotal role in client management, oversees accounts administration, and serves as the dedicated Executive Assistant to Cynthia.
She is a distinguished graduate of the University of San Jose Recoletos, holding a Masters in Business Administration. Her academic achievements are complemented by a wealth of practical experience. With over a decade of professional work, Aileen’s journey began as a freelancer, where she provided invaluable administrative support. Her areas of expertise include proficient bookkeeping, precise calendar management, and the implementation of streamlined, efficiency-boosting processes.

Aileen’s dedication to excellence and her diverse skill set make her a valuable asset to any team, and her commitment to enhancing processes and supporting organizational growth is a testament to her professional passion.

John has over 10 years of professional experience in the design and web development industry servicing various businesses and industries.

John earned a Bachelor Degree in Information Technology from St. Peter’s College, Philippines and has participated in multiple programming and multimedia seminars throughout the years.

He has been a freelancer in over 10+ countries providing graphic design, SEO, video editing, UX/UI services, as well as developing responsive landing pages and websites on platforms including WordPress, Shopify and Squarespace.

He currently lives in Iligan Philippines and enjoys a small community in his local church.

Ruby is an aspiring international business consultant. Her interest in the industry began during her final years of high school, but can be traced back to her immersive upbringing in a bilingual and bicultural household. Having lived in China for a lot of her life, she has gained an enriched understanding of the international community, and is eager to employ these understandings into a business setting. Ruby is currently studying a Bachelor of Politics and International Relations, with a major in International Business, at the University of Sydney. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Shalin Jahagirdar is an international business consultant with a keen interest in business and science. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Biomedical Science at Australian Catholic University. Throughout her studies, Shalin developed a fascination for the global impact of scientific advancements and how they intersect with business, sparking curiosity about the broader world of international business. Recognising the significance of effective business strategies in facilitating the global exchange of knowledge, technologies, and healthcare solutions, Shalin is driven by a desire to bridge the gap between science, business, and diverse cultures.

A Chartered Accountant with around 22 years of experience across Accounting, Finance, Taxation and Audits in a multicultural environment. A Systems trainer in SAP, Oracle Hyperion, Sun Systems, Vision Suite, Xero, Quickbooks, MYOB and similar financial software. Successfully trained more than 2000 employees in the above software and an expert in cracking financial data into meaningful financial reports. Working with clients across Australia, New Zealand, United States and Canada.

Justin is an aspiring international marketing consultant. His experience includes a background in workplace compensation and safety, and working at Deloitte to integrate Generative AI into their operations, showcasing his attention to detail and effective communication skills with stakeholders. With significant time spent in Singapore and Indonesia, and now studying in Australia, Justin has cultivated a strong ability to navigate cross-cultural interactions. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce, specializing in marketing and Human Resource Management.

Pooja is an aspiring international business consultant with a passion for the fashion industry and growing small businesses with a positive mission. Her past experience includes working in executive remuneration and conducting market research for Salesforce to design an app to improve mental health services in Australian universities, demonstrating her analytical skills and ability to drive impactful projects. Growing up in the United States and India, and having recently completed two degrees in Australia, Pooja has cultivated a diverse and adaptable perspective. Pooja is fluent in English and Telugu and is learning Hindi and French.
