Jemima Snow is an international business and marketing consultant specialising in emerging markets, including the Middle East, China and Indonesia.

She has worked across a range of international consulting engagements, including food and beverage market access to Indonesia, investor relations and business development in China, and strategic business connections programs between Australia and the Gulf States.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, she works predominantly with technology and manufacturing companies to internationalise their products and services to new markets.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Politics from Macquarie University, and a Masters of Commerce, majoring in International Business from the Australian School of Business, University of New South Wales.

Levi Sinson is the Digital Operations Manager at Dearin & Associates. In this role, he oversees the firm’s digital systems and processes, ensuring smooth execution of internal operations while also supporting client success. Levi coordinates brand-building and sales campaigns for clients, leveraging his expertise in digital marketing, email automation, social media management, and digital platform optimisation.

Born and raised in the Philippines, Levi is fluent in Filipino and English. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of San Carlos. Before joining Dearin & Associates, he worked as a Process Engineer in the medical device industry. With a strong analytical mindset and a growing marketing skill set, Levi is passionate about driving business growth through smart, efficient digital strategies.

Aileen Bancale is the Client Success and Business Operations Manager at Dearin & Associates. She leads client onboarding and offboarding, manages accounts receivable and payable, and ensures a seamless experience for both clients and the internal team. With over a decade of professional experience, Aileen brings deep expertise in program management, operations, and process improvement.

Aileen holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of San Jose–Recoletos. Her career began in freelance administrative support, where she developed strong skills in bookkeeping, calendar management, and creating streamlined systems that boost efficiency. She is known for her dedication, precision, and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.

John is the Webmaster and Design Lead at Dearin & Associates. He manages the firm’s website, leads SEO strategy, and ensures brand consistency across all digital and print assets. John is also responsible for creating high-quality marketing collateral and visual deliverables for both the firm and its clients.

With over 10 years of experience in design and web development, John has worked with businesses in more than 10 countries. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from St. Peter’s College in the Philippines and has completed numerous programming and multimedia seminars. His expertise spans graphic design, SEO, video editing, UX/UI, and responsive website development across platforms like WordPress, Shopify, and Squarespace.

Ruby is an aspiring international business consultant. Her interest in the industry began during her final years of high school, but can be traced back to her immersive upbringing in a bilingual and bicultural household. Having lived in China for a lot of her life, she has gained an enriched understanding of the international community, and is eager to employ these understandings into a business setting. Ruby is currently studying a Bachelor of Politics and International Relations, with a major in International Business, at the University of Sydney. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Alyssa Ching is from the Philippines and holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering. With experience as a Raw Materials Movement Team Lead in a beverage FMCG company. Her specialization includes logistics, materials management, and operational efficiency. Her professional background reflects a strong commitment to optimizing processes in fast-paced industries.

Florencia is an aspiring international business analyst currently pursuing a Master of Commerce in Strategy and Innovation at the University of New South Wales. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Product Design from the University of Technology Sydney, a combination that uniquely equips her to blend strategic thinking with human-centered innovation.
