Gary Garner is a commercial and financial adviser with over thirty years’ experience in advising on business and project feasibility, financing and capital structuring. He has PPP/PFI experience gained in Australia and the Middle East with wider commercial experience gained in Australia, Europe, Middle East, Africa and China.
